LTC Form Haryana

All Haryana Govt Employee Can Print their Filled LTC Form with Affidavit just in Two minute. www.officebabu.com has created the form for you. Pls follow the following steps to  Fill and Print or to download pdf of LTC form: 

1. Press on the Button "Fill and Print LTC Form " Given at the bottom of this page. 

2. A page will open as shown in the following image.

3. Fill your basic detail in this page and press "Submit" button. 

4. A new page will open, on this page you will see preview of the LTC file. if there is something incorrect click on "back " button. 

5. If everything is OK then then click on Print Complete file Button. given at top as well as bottom of the page. 

6. Now you can download LTC file in pdf format, and print it.

    1. Period of LTC auto print wrong as 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2019 in Block year 2020-23. It should be 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2023
    2. Visiting Places : tab must be removed. it attracts objections.
