· आपको नयी या पुरानी Tax व्यवस्था में से एक चुननी
होगी ।
· पुराने Tax नियमों में हमें Standered Deduction का 50000 रुपए का लाभ मिलता था । नए नियमों
में ये नहीं मिलेगा ।
· पुराने Tax नियमों में हमें धारा 80C के तहत 1,50,000 रुपए की छूट मिलती थी । नए नियमों में
ये नहीं मिलेगी ।
· नए नियमों में धारा 80D की छूट भी नहीं मिलेगी ।
· HBA के ब्याज पर भी मिलने वाली छूट नहीं मिलेगी ।
· नए नियमों में पहले की तरह 5 लाख रुपए तक कमाने वालों पर कोई tax नहीं लगेगा ।
· अब चार slabs की जगह सात नई Slabs रखी गई है ।
· नई व्यवस्था में 70 तरह के डिडक्शन खत्म किए, टैक्सपेयर डिडक्शन चाहें तो पुरानी व्यवस्था का विकल्प ले सकते हैं।
· आप Tax में छूट का लाभ लेना चाहते है
