Seating Plan and Absentee Memo Software
1. इस Software की सहायता से आप केवल पाँच मिनट में Seating Plan तथा Absentee Memo तैयार कर सकते है । (Download link is given at end of post)
2. सबसे पहले आपको entry Sheet में सभी बच्चों के अनुक्रमांक भर देने है ।
3. इसके बाद आप अपने particular Column को Edit करेंगे ।
4. अब आप तीसरे Column में जो आपके room number है वो भरेंगे प्रत्येक पेपर में इन कमरों का आप order बदल सकते है ।
5. आपकी Seating Plan and Absentee Memo तैयार है आप sheet Number 1 से 12 तक Absentee Memo प्रिंट कर सकते है तथा Sheet A, B, C ……….H Sheeting plan प्रिंट कर सकते है ।
6. आपको यह ध्यान रखना है कि कोई भी row आप न तो Delete करें और न ही insert करें .
7. अतिरिक्त Roll Number आप print करने से पहले Delete कर दें । केवल अपने केन्द्र के ही अनुक्रमांक रखें ।
